“Sa pagkaing tama at sapat, wastong timbang ni baby ang katapat”. This is the theme that tells us people especially to the pregnant mothers to give the right foods for the baby to become healthy.
In this month which is called the nutrition month, we should do everything to make us healthy. It is the time for us to teach and learn from each other how to become healthy. With the theme of the month celebration, we especially the mothers can get ideas for the right things to do for our baby. Fruits which are rich in vitamins and the foods with proteins. These are the right foods to make our baby healthy.
The health of the baby depends on our decisions whether it’s right or wrong. And so if we want our baby to be healthy, we should think wisely, we should give the right foods for them. Also, this is our responsibility, so we should make our decisions right fot he sake of the baby.
Nutrition month doesn’t mean that it is the only time to move and be healthy. Everyday, we should think of the things we do if it is good or bad for our health. For the mothers who are pregnant, we should always think right. Give all the things which the baby needs for him to become healthy.
